About Social Season

Hi, I’m Alycia, a Melbourne event stylist and the founder of Social Season Events.

For over 6 years, I’ve been turning ordinary spaces into extraordinary experiences, designing events that feel intentional, elevated, and completely personal.

My journey started with a background in interior design, business, and event management, which naturally led me into the world of styling and events. 

What began as a passion project quickly grew into a full-time career, where I found myself completely obsessed with the transformation of spaces and the emotions they create.

Over the years, I’ve styled hundreds of weddings, engagements, private events, and brand experiences across Melbourne. Alongside that, I’ve built a community of over 80,000 people on social media who follow my work, creativity, and behind-the-scenes process.

Every event I create is deeply personal, I don’t just style spaces, I design experiences that reflect people, stories, and moments that matter.

After years in the industry, I noticed a consistent gap in the Melbourne events space, couples and clients were either forced into generic venues or spending thousands trying to transform blank spaces into something that felt like them.

I wanted to change that.

That’s why I created The Social Season Venue, a hidden gem in Melbourne designed as a fully considered, neutral canvas that already feels beautiful, but can be completely transformed through styling.

My vision was simple...

A space where venue and styling exist together, not separately.

 Where clients don’t need to juggle multiple suppliers or rebuild a space, everything is already designed to work seamlessly from the start. This is not a traditional venue. It’s a creative space built from years of real styling experience, designed to give people freedom, flexibility, and a truly personalised event experience.

Located in Airport West, Melbourne, The Social Season Venue is a modern space designed as a neutral backdrop for all types of events.

With its soft finishes, draping, chandeliers, and flexible layout, the venue can be transformed completely depending on your vision.

It’s ideal for weddings, engagements, proposals, birthdays, corporate events, and creative content days. Unlike traditional venues, it’s designed to adapt, allowing every event to feel unique, personal, and fully styled without the stress of starting from scratch.
